Why is my discount code not working?

If you're seeing this notice, it means the discount code you've received cannot be applied to your current order.

Common issues with discount codes include:

  1. Code Criteria: Ensure that your items meet all the criteria stated in the coupon offer,including minimum or maximum purchase requirements, and any collection or item restrictions. Refer to the email for details on eligible items for the coupon.

  2. Code Already Used: Our coupon codes can only be used once. If you've used the code before, it won't work again.

  3. Incorrect Code Entry: Make sure you've entered the code exactly as advertised. Try copying and pasting it and ensure there are no extra characters or spaces.

  4. Expired Code: Check the expiration date. A code may have an expiration date, so make sure you use it before it expires.

  5. Account and Email: Discount code can only be redeemed through your Sistabag account and the associated email address. When checking out, please use the same email address that you used to receive the code.

If you've checked all of the above and are still having trouble using a coupon, please contact us. Make sure to fill in all required fields and attach a screenshot of your checkout page showing the discount code and all items in your cart.
