How to customize and place an order?

In order to make a purchase on our store, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Select the item that you want to purchase on our website: https://sistabag.com/

Step 2: Complete all required options:

Choose sizes and materials that are to your liking.
Choose the personalized style and optional details.
Add the customized name (Press Space in the custom name box if you don't want to include your name and pay attention to capitalize or not).

Step 3: Click on the "PREVIEW YOUR BAG" button to preview your personalization.

Step 4: Choose the quantity and press the button “ADD TO CART”. Repeat the above steps if you wish to purchase additional items.

Step 5: Click on the "CHECKOUT" button to proceed to the checkout page.

Step 6: Fill out all the required shipping and payment information to complete your order.

If you have a discount code, enter it in the "Discount code or gift card" field and press the "Apply" button. After that, please check the total amount displayed on the right side of the website and click "Pay now" to complete your order.

Once you have completed these steps, your order will be successfully placed.
