Where's my order?

In this article, Sistabag wants to ensure you have all the information you need regarding your package from the moment it is processed until it reaches your doorstep. Understanding this process can help shed light on the complexities involved and offer insights into tracking your shipment effectively.

1. Placed an order

At this step, your order has been received. Your personalized product details will be forwarded to our manufacturer and will be prepared for processing. At the same time, you will receive a confirmation email including all the information about your order.

2. Processing your products

The item will enter the production phase within a timeframe of 5-10 business days. Following the production stage, there will be a processing period of 5-10 business days to package the item and affix your name along with the shipping label to the package.
NOTE: If you have any modification requests for your order, it may require an additional 1-3 business days for processing.
 

3. Shipped out stage

After the order has been processed, it will be promptly handed over to the shipping carrier. The tracking number for your package will be sent to you by a shipping confirmation email. It took 1-3 business days to activate your tracking.

4. Your package is in transit

Your package will undergo transportation from domestic distribution to local distribution as part of its transit process. Shipments within the USA take 7-15 business days. Typically, it takes up to 14-20 business days to arrive at an international address. This time is from the date that it is shipped out, not the day the order is placed.

5. Out for delivery

At this step, your package already has a delivered estimated date and has been out for delivery.

6. Delivered

When the tracking shows "Delivered", this means your package has already been delivered. To locate it, you can check it by checking your mailbox, with your family members, or all around your house, your neighbors or contacting your local post office.

* We understand that you really want to receive your package ASAP. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise that could potentially impact the shipment of your package:
  • You have not received any shipping email including the tracking number to locate your package
  • You noticed that your package has stopped updating while in transit within 7-10 business days
=> Please do not worry that in these cases, the tracking has not been scanned yet. Your tracking is still in transit normally.

** Nevertheless, if you noticed that your package has not been updated over 15 business days or tracking shows your package has been delivered, but you do still not receive it within 2-3 days.
