How to track my order?

To track your order, please follow these general steps:
  1. Check your email: When your order is shipped, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Please kindly check the spam/junk folder as well in case it isn’t in your inbox.

  2. Visit our tracking page: You will need your order number and your email address or tracking number to access your order status at: https://sistabag.com/apps/trackingmore

  1. Contact us: If you encounter any issues with tracking your order, don't hesitate to contact us. Our customer support team is always happy to assist you. Please send us your request via this contact form including your order number.


*Why can't I track my order?

There are some reasons that you may not track your order, Sistabag would love to let you know these reasons and the solutions:
  • Did not receive a tracking number: We will send a shipping information email via the email that you placed your order, please kindly check it. If you still have not received this email, your order has not been shipped yet.

  • You may type wrong tracking number => Please re-check your email for the correct one. 

  • Tracking may not be scanned yet; therefore, there is no updating about the tracking => Please wait for 1-2 days for updating.

  • The tracking number has been changed by the shipping courier.
