Can I return my order from Sistabag?

As you might know, all of our products are made-to-order, both customized and non-customized items. It means they are made (with your name) upon purchase. This is the reason why they are made exclusively for the purchaser and cannot be reused or sold to other customers. As a result, they cannot be returned or exchanged (due to their personalized nature). We truly appreciate your understanding in this matter.

In case you have just received broken/damaged, wrong, or low-quality items; you can contact us right away and we will support you to get a replacement or a refund without having to return them.
