I am still missing other items in my order.

To ensure product quality during shipping, we may split your order INTO DIFFERENT PACKAGES to keep the shape of the products and prevent them from being damaged. 
Besides, each product has a different production time and different warehouse so as soon as it is completely fulfilled, we will ship to you immediately instead of waiting for the whole item. This means that your products may not arrive all at once.

In this case, we recommend following these steps to address the issue effectively:
  • Please check your tracking confirmation email or order packing slip to ensure items are not arriving in separate shipments. If your missing item was shipped from a different fulfillment location, it may still be in-transit to you.

  • If you are not able to locate an additional shipment and you are still missing items, please kindly contact us with photos of the items you received and the package's cover including the detailed shipping label. We're always here to help you!


NOTE: At Sistabag, our warehouse staff normally put the smaller bags inside the bigger ones, so please open and double-check inside the items before contacting us.
